The tender document contains the following 2 volumes:
The Volume 1 and Volume 2 of the tender document can be purchased from the office of the Secretary, CERC till 25 th February 2009 between 10 A.M to 5 P.M from Monday to Friday on payment of Rs. 5,000/- in the form of Cash/Demand Draft/ Banker's Cheque/ Pay Order drawn in favour of “Central Electricity Regulatory Commission” Payable at New Delhi.
Alternatively, the Volume 1 of the tender document that is the request for proposal document can also be downloaded from the website of CERC. In case the bidder has downloaded the volume -1 from the website, Volume – 2 can be obtained by sending a Demand Draft/Pay Order of Rs 5,000/- in favour of “Central Electricity Regulatory Commission” Payable at New Delhi to CERC. Along with it the bidder must also send a cover letter with its address and e-mail id clearly mentioned on it. The CERC will send the e-mail and the CD comprising of the soft copy of the complete tender document to the bidder at the address and the e-mail id mentioned in the cover letter enclosed with the Demand Draft/Pay Order. Please note that the bidder will be required to study the Volume - 2 in order to understand the scope of work.
Those bidders who have not procured the volume -2 shall be required to send the tender document fee along with the bid.
